圆弧齿轮啮合齿面间运动情况的深入分析

摘  要:文章经严格的数学与运动学论证,得出圆弧齿轮齿面间运动形式新的结论:圆弧齿轮传动时,相啮合的两轮齿齿面之间沿接触线的运动形式是滚动与滑动并存。通过对凸凹齿廓上两螺旋接触线的分析可知,相啮合的轮齿齿面上的两条接触线长度不相等,进而得到啮合点在接触线上的速度大小亦不相等,因而得出上述结论。此结论可以将齿面间的运动情况更加客观真实的表示出。有利于定量地解释圆弧齿轮传动中的一些物理现象:如较易建立动压油膜,齿面磨损均匀,跑合性良好等。This paper denies a basic point in the classical works of circular arc gear which take the opinion:the form of motion along the contact line between convex profile and concave profile is pure rolling by strictly mathematical and mechanical reasoning.And it is correctly concluded that the form of motion along the contact line between two tooth surfaces is both rolling and sliding.It is known that the lengths of two contact line on the gear pair are not equal through analysing two spiral contact lines on convex and concave tooth proftle.Then come to the conclusion that the speeds of contacting points on the contact lines also is not equal.So we can get the above conclusion.In accordance with the quantitative conclusion,we can reasonably explain some physical phenomena when circular arc gear are driving,such as why the oil film thickness is thicker,why tooth surfaces wear uniformly,and why running-in well,etc.
