摘  要:对高精度主轴径向回转误差的测量方法进行了研究,在分析了现有的误差分离方法基础上,提出了一种基于球标法的误差分离方法。结合玻璃半球与钢盘设计了新的标准器,采用轴向布置传感器的方法对其进行测量,建立数学模型以实现主轴回转误差与标准器形状误差的分离。利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,搭建了整个测量系统,包括回转平台、数据采集装置、上位机测量软件。最后,对高精度主轴进行了实际测量,结果显示,该测量系统具有比较高的精度;将球标法与反向法进行对比,两者分离出的回转误差数值吻合,验证了球标法误差分离的可行性与准确性。The measuring method of radial rotation error of high-precision spindle is studied in this paper.A new error separation method based on Ball-Calibration is introduced after analyzing the existing error separation methods.The sensors are arranged in axial direction to measure the runout of the etalon,which is composed of glass hemisphere and steel plate.The mathematical model is established to separate the rotation error from the shape error of etalon.Based on LabVIEW Virtual instrument,the measurement system including rotary table,data acquisition unit and PC software is designed and developed.A high-precision spindle is actually measured; the experimental result shows that the measurement system has a high precision.In addition,the Ball-Calibration method and the reversal method are compared; the separation results of the two methods coincide with each other,which validate the feasibility and accuracy of the Ball-Calibration method.
