摘 要:目前磷酸活化法制备的活性炭灰分较高,活化剂回收利用率偏低。研究了以木屑为原料,磷酸法制备低灰分活性炭的工艺条件和活化剂回收方法。考察了盐酸以及氟硅酸酸洗脱灰法对活性炭灰分的影响。采用逆流洗涤回收活化剂,分析了利用活化剂循环液制备的活性炭产品的质量。结果表明,在优化酸洗条件下,制得的活性炭亚甲基蓝吸附值大于350 mg/g,灰分低于2%;采用6级逆流洗涤回收磷酸,磷酸总回收率高达96%以上,且一级富液浓度较高,无需蒸发浓缩,可直接作为下一批次的活化剂。活化剂多次使用后仍能制备出性能优良的活性炭。The disadvantages of the activated carbon prepared with phosphoric acid activation are the high ash content of product and the low rate of activator recycle at present. In this paper, the preparation conditions of low-ash activated carbon from sawdust with phosphoric acid activation and the activator recovery methods were studied. The effect of hydrochloric acid and fluorosilicic acid on ash content of activated carbon was investigated. The activator was recycled by countercurrent washing, and the quality of activated carbon with recovered solution was analyzed. Under the optimal pickling condition, the experimental results showed that Methylene Blue Adsorption Value of the product could reach 350 mg/g and ash content was less than 2%. The total recovery rate of phosphoric acid could reach 96% by using six stages of countercurrent washing. The concentration of the first-stage rich solution was high, which could be directly used as activator for the next batch without evaporation. The excellent activated carbon could also be obtained after several times recycling.
