探讨医护一体化模式在妇科开腹手术切口护理中的应用与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化模式在妇科开腹手术切口护理中的应用与效果。方法随机将200名患者分为2组,对照组实施普通护理服务模式,实验组实行医护一体化服务管理模式,6个月后,比较2组患者术后切口疼痛的程度、愈合情况及患者满意度。结果 6个月后,实验组患者切口疼痛程度及切口愈合情况较对照组明显改善,患者满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式不仅能有效降低妇科患者术后切口疼痛,促进切口愈合,还进一步促进了医护合作,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application and effect of healthcare integration model in the surgery incision care of gynecologic patients. Methods 100 patients who were randomly selected from 200 patients were implemented healthcare integration model （ experimental group） ,and the other 100 patients carry on usual care（ control group）. 6 months later compare the degree of postoperative wound pain,wound healing,patient satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results After 6 months of healthcare integration model, the patients, incision pain and wound healing significantly improved,and patient satisfaction improved significantly. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Healthcare integration model not only can effectively reduce gynecological postoperative incision pain, promote wound healing, relieve the suffering of patients, but also further promote cooperation in health care, improve patient satisfaction. Therefore it is worth application in clinical.
