摘　　要：随着人民群众对医疗卫生服务需求的不断增长和新医改的推进,新疆民营医院从西北边陲起步,通过多年的艰苦奋斗与实践探索,部分民营医院已办出自己的特色,获得一定的成效,并积累了一定的经验。本研究采用定量与定性研究方法,对新疆部分民营医院及相关负责人员进行实地调研和深度访谈,了解新疆民营医院的基本现状,总结民营医院在发展实践中取得的成效,分析面临的机遇与挑战,进一步提出具有建设性的未来发展方向。With people＇ s increasing demands for medical health service and the progress of new medical reform, private hospitals in Xinjiang start from northwest borderland and work very hard in practice and exploration. Some private hospitals have developed their own characteristics and accumulated some experience. With quantitative and qualitative re- search, the authors of the study make field research and in-depth interview with some private hospitals and the relevant per- sons,learn about the present basic situations of Xinjiang private hospitals, summarize the practical development effective- ness, analyze the opportunities and challenges and then put forward development direction of constructive significance.
