公立医院非效率性投资行为探析

摘　　要：投资行为是公立医院发展和资金积累的重要基础,然而由于委托代理和信息不对称等原因,公立医院的发展过程却存在着投资不足和投资过度等非效率投资的行为。对公立医院非效率投资行为的产生机理进行理论阐述,对当前公立医院非效率投资的具体表现形式进行分析,并在此基础上提出优化公立医院投资行为的对策建议。Investment behavior is the important foundation for the development of public hospitals and accumula- tion of funds. However, there were non-efficient investment behaviors, like underinvestment and overinvestment in hospital development due to the entrusted agencies and asymmetric information. The author makes the theoretical explanation of the production mechanism of non-efficient investment, analyzes the concrete behaviors of non-efficient investment in public hospitals and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the investment behaviors in public hospitals.
