摘  要:60只体重20±2 g昆明系雌性小鼠,随机平分为6组,采用寇氏法测定雌性小鼠硼酸的半数致死量(LD50),并研究急性硼酸中毒对小鼠部分内脏器官的损伤与毒性作用。结果显示:中毒小鼠出现呼吸急促,被毛松乱,震颤,粪便不成形等现象;剖检可见胃肠臌胀,肝脏充血,脑充血、水肿;显微观察见肝细胞索变窄,淤血明显,细胞结构模糊,脱落;肾脏肾小球萎缩严重,肾小管内皮细胞胞核裸露,细胞溶解,近曲小管萎缩,胞核浓染;并随给药浓度增加死亡率递增,根据寇氏法测得硼酸对雌性小鼠的LD50为:3749.73 mg/kg。研究结果表明,硼酸属于低毒化合物;急性硼酸中毒对雌性小鼠具有明显的损伤和毒性作用。60 Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into six groups, and each group was replicated with 10 mice. The LD50 of boric acid in female mice was determined by Using Karber's method, and the acute toxicity effect of boric acid was observed at the same time. The results were as follows: After given the boric acid, the decreasing of general status in toxic mice was observed, such as mental fatigue, shortness of breath, nystagmus, diarrhoea and noneating, et al; After death autopsy, the gastrointestinal distention, liver, lung con- gestion, renal and diffuse edema and hyperemia, edema of brain were observed. Under the light micro - scope, the organ structure of group presented varying degrees of pathological changes. The hepatic coads became narro- wer, the hepatic sinusoid appeared bigger, the cell structure became more fuzzy; The kindey structure was de- stroyed obviously, the pulpses of kidney decreased in size, the cell nuclei of renal small tube endotheliocyte na- ked and the cytolysis was observed, the proximal tubule atrophied and the nuclei were darker. The results showed that the LD50 values in this experiment is 3749.73mg/kg, and boric acid belongs to the low toxicity compounds; Acute boric acid poisoning has obvious damage and toxic effects in female mice.
