浅议法治社会中的律师功能

摘　　要：律师功能指律师职业在社会整体中具有的影响和效用。它揭示了律师职业在法治社会存在的合理逻辑。分析法治发达国家的经验,可以总结,律师职业的功能包括权利保护、经济效益、社会稳定、精神塑造等内容。Lawyer function refers to the influence and effectiveness the lawyer profession has in the whole society. It reveals the rationality of the lawyer profession in the society. The paper analyzes the experiences of those countries advanced in constitutionality. It can be concluded that the function of lawyer profession includes right protection, economic benefits gaining, society stability and spirit creation, etc.
