摘  要:在褐斑病发病严重地块。对发病盛期甜菜抗感病种质资源叶片X光片影像及电镜显微结构进行了比较和分析,结果表明:感病种质叶片图像密度不均,整体影像出现泡状光影。受病原茵的侵蚀,感病种质表现为细胞壁变形、并发生质壁分离;叶绿体变形、片层结构零乱、有的膨胀扭曲并分解;线粒体膜破损,膜局部破裂,内舍物外流。出现大量的嗜锇颗粒,有的细胞器逐渐解体、膜系统遭到严重破坏,甚至整个细胞死亡。但抗病种质却明显不同,X衍射图像密度均匀.细胞结构相对完整。The X-ray image and uhrastructure change susceptible germplasm of sugarbeet in cercospora leaf spot that X-ray image density of susceptible germplasm leaf was of foliar cell were compared between resistant and nursery of continuous cultivation. The results showed not uniform, and the X-ray image presented bubbles, cytoderm infected by cercospora was partly deformed and cytoplasm was shrunk away from the cytoderm in the susceptible germplasm; chloroplast was distorted, lamellar structure was disordered, even some were inflated and decomposed; mitochondrial membrane was damaged and inclusion was overflowed. Osmiopilic globules increased obviously; organelle disintegrated gradually, membrane system was seriously destroyed, even entire cell was dead. But those of resistant germplasm were significantly different; the density of picture was even, cell structure was relatively intact.
