摘　　要：针对红葡萄酒评价问题,采用主成分分析法,对酿酒葡萄的理化指标与葡萄酒的理化指标进行相关性分析。选择具有显著相关性的变量,分析各理化指标之间的对应关系。同时,把多指标转化为少数几个综合指标,对影响红葡萄酒质量的相关因素进行了较详细的分析和论证。In order to evaluate the quality of red wine,This paper analyzes the properties of the wine grape and wine correlation of the physical and chemical indexes by using principal component analysis. Choose variables which have significant correlation,Analyze the corresponding relationship between various physical and chemi-cal indexes by linear fitting. At the same time,the multi-index is converted into a few comprehensive indexes, the detailed analysis and demonstration related factors affecting the quality of wine have been carried on.
