摘  要:向家坝右岸电站800 MW机组定子铁芯分为72段在现场叠片。介绍了定子叠片的施工工艺流程、测圆架安装调整、铁芯第1段和末段阶梯段叠装、铁芯整形、铁芯第2段至第71段叠装、铁芯预压紧、铁芯高度补偿、铁芯最终压紧工艺。最终检测表明向家坝右岸电站4台机组定子叠片主要技术指标全部达到向家坝安装质量检测优良标准,说明定子叠片工艺是成功可靠的。The stator core of 800 MW hydro-generators in Xiangjiaba right-bank power plant is divided into 72 segments and is laminated in the field. The procedure of stator core lamination, installation and adjustment of roundness measurement device, lamination of 1st and 72nd segment of core with a stepped section, adjustment of core shape, lamination of 2nd to 71st segment of core, core pre-compact, core height compensation and core final compression technology are presented herein. The final measurements show that main technical indicators of stator core lamination for all four units in Xiangjiaba right-bank power plant achieve the good quality standard of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station project. The stator core lamination process is successful and reliable.
