摘  要:向家坝水电站左岸电站水轮机座环分6瓣在现场焊接组装。采用手工电弧焊,在对称位置同时进行分段退步多层多道焊接。对焊接参数、焊前预热要求、座环各部位焊接工艺和后热处理进行了详细介绍。已完成的1-4号机座环焊缝探伤一次合格率为99.7%,焊接收缩变形符合设计要求。The stay ring of turbine in the left bank plant of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is separated into six sections which will be welded together in site. The welding is conducted by shielded metal arc welding and the process of segmented multi-layer and multi-pass regression welding at symmetrical positions simultaneously. The welding parameters, preheating, welding processes of various parts and heat treatment are described in detail The first inspection on stay ring welding of Unit 1 to 4 achieves a pass rate of 99.7%, and the welding shrinkage meet design reouirements.
