摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的疗效及安全性。方法选取门诊CVA患儿80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例，观察组给予口服孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗，对照组给予储雾罐＋定量气雾剂规律吸入舒利迭气雾剂治疗，疗程3个月，观察疗效。结果两组在治疗咳嗽总有效率上比较差异无统计学意义（P=0．615）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合盐酸西替利嗪治疗儿童CVA疗效确切，与吸入舒利迭气雾剂疗效相当，且依从性好，不良反应少，值得临床推广。Objective To investigive the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with ce- tirizine hydrochloride on cough variant asthma in children. Methods Eighty children with cough variant asthma were recruited into this study, and they were divided into two groups. Observation group received montelukast sodium and cetirizine hydrochloride therapy for 3 months, Control group received seretide evohaler therapy for 3 months. The clinical effect of the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups （P=0.615）. Conclusions Monte- ]ukast sodium combined with cetirizine hydrochloride is safe and effective in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.
