高血压与淀粉样变引起颅内大量出血的对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析高血压与淀粉样变引起颅内大量出血的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析81例高血压与淀粉样变引起颅内大量出血的临床表现、辅助检查、手术方法及预后。结果淀粉样脑血管病与高血压引起颅内大量出血在临床治疗与预后方面比较差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对淀粉样变引起颅内大量出血应参考高血压相关性出血的手术适应证采取相应的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemor- rhage and cerebral amyloid angiopathy hemorrhage. Methods The clinical manifestation, auxiliary ex- amination, operation methods and prognosis of 81 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospec- tively analyzed. Results There were no sigrificant differences in the clinical treatment and prognosis be- tween hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral amyloid angiopathy hemorrhage. Conclusions For cerebral amyloid angiopathy hemorrhage, it should refer to the operation indication of hypertensive cere- bral hemorrhage.
