摘  要:目的研究激动素(Kinetin)对博来霉素A5(BLMA5)诱导的大鼠肺纤维化的治疗作用。方法雌性Wister大鼠60只随机分为3组:A组为生理盐水对照组;B组为BLMA5造模组;C组为Kinetin治疗组。分别于第3、7、14、28天处死大鼠,取肺组织行HE及Masson染色以观察肺泡炎和肺纤维化情况,检测肺组织匀浆HYP、SOD、MDA、TNF-α、TGF-β1的含量。结果与模型组比较,Kinetin治疗组的肺泡炎和肺纤维化程度明显减轻;肺组织SOD水平上升,MDA、TNF-α、TGF-β1水平下降。结论 Kinetin通过抗氧化、抑制TNF-α、TGF-β1减轻博来霉素A5所致大鼠肺纤维化。Objective To explore the curative effect of Kinetin on rat model of bleomycin A5 ( BLMA5 ) -in- duced pulmonary fibrosis. Methods 60 female Wister rats were randomly divided into three groups. The group A was injected with saline as controls, the group B was injected with BLMA5 to establish pulmonary fibrosis, and the group C was injected with BLMA5 and received treatment of Kinetin. The rats were sacrificed on the 3rd, 7th, 14th and 28th days respectively. HE and Masson stainings were performed to observe lung pathological changes. The lung contents of HYP, Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Malondialdehyde (MDA), Tumour necrosis factor-or (TNF-ct) and transforming growth factor-βl (TGF-β1) were measured by EL1SA. Results The degree of inflammation and fibro- sis in lung tissues relieved more obviously in the group C than in the group B, the level of SOD increased, and the levels of MDA, TNF-α and TGF-β1 decreased more obviously in the group C than in the group B. Conclusion Ki- netin can alleviate BLMA5-induced rats with pulmonary fibrosis through anti - oxidation activity and reduced TNF-α and TGF-β1 expression.
