摘  要:目的分析慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系及意义,并探讨其对COPD的作用机制。方法测定54例AECOPD患者血浆tHcy、NO、NOS、hs-CRP水平,并与60例正常对照组比较。结果 AECOPD患者血浆tHcy和hs-CRP与正常对照组比较均显著性增高(P<0.01),NO和NOS与正常对照组比较均显著性降低(P<0.01)。tHcy与NO、NOS呈负相关(r分别是-0.57、-0.49),与hs-CRP呈正相关(r是0.48),(P<0.01)。结论 COPD患者血浆存在低NO和高Hcy,二者参与COPD的氧化应激和炎症反应,加重了COPD病情的发展。Objective To study the significance of homocysteine (Hcy), nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in the mechanism of AECOPD patients. Methods The levels of plasma Hey, NO, NOS, hs - CRP were determined in 54 patients with AECOPD and 60 healthy con- tnds. Results The levels of tHey and hs - CRP were significantly higher, and the levels of NO and NOS were signif- icantly lower in the nbservation group than in the control groap (P 〈0.01 ). Hey was negatively correlated with NO and NOS ( r = - 0. 57, - 0. 49) , and positively correlated with hs-CRP ( r = 0. 48 ) ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion There exists a low level of NO and a high level of Hcy in plasnta of COPD patients, which lake part in oxidative strress and inllanmmtory reaction in COPD and increase the development of C()t)I) disease.
