摘　　要：建设研究型中医院与质量管理标准体系有着密不可分的联系,笔者认为用ISO9000族质量管理体系标准来建设研究型中医院有着非常重要的意义,并且具有很强的可行性。通过对具有全国首创中医研究型医院建设的上海中医药大学附属曙光医院在建立国际标准质量管理体系前后医疗质量、业务量、科研研究能力、病人满意度等主要方面对比性研究,突显了国际标准质量管理体系在研究型中医院建设中的显著作用,讨论了整个体系对研究型中医院可持续发展的支持效用。The construction of research-orientated TCM hospital is closely associated with the quality control standard system. In this regard, ISO9000 family of standards can play a practical and significant role. Through a comparative study on quality of clinical treatment, workload, strength of scientific research and patient satisfaction before and after establishing the ISO9000 system in Shuguang Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this paper concluded that ISO9000 system has a remarkable role in constructing a research-oriented Chinese medicine hospital and can further guarantee the sustainable development of the hospital.
