摘  要:发电机与静止补偿电容器是电网稳态电压调控的重要无功源。特高压直流送端大型水、火电机组以及受端电网电压支撑机组与主网电气联系紧密,可参与系统稳态调压。针对电力调度与运行系统中,关于稳态运行时降低机组无功出力可以增大暂态无功备用这一观点的不足之处,通过理论解析,揭示了发电机组稳态运行工况对暂态无功出力特性的影响;针对发电机与静止补偿电容器组合的网源调压系统,提出物理意义明确的暂态无功支撑能力定义以及提升该能力的稳态优化调压方案。小电网测试系统和特高压直流送、受端大电网仿真计算结果表明,增加机组稳态无功出力,可改善交流电网受扰后暂态电压恢复特性。Generator and static capacitors are important reactive power sources for steady-state voltage regulation. The generators supplying power to ultra high-voltage direct current (UHVDC) or supporting voltage for receiving end system are linked with the main network closely and can play important roles in steady voltage regulation. In view of the deficiency in the prevalent standpoint that reducing the generators' steady-state reactive power output can increase transient reactive power reserve, the paper analyzed the influence of generator's steady-state operating conditions on transient reactive power output characteristics theoretically. Aimed to the generator and static capacitor combined system, the transient reactive supporting capability was defined with clear physical meaning and the optimized scheme of voltage regulation to enhance this capability is put forward. Simulation results obtained from test system and UHVDC/AC sending and receiving hybrid system show the transient voltage recovery characteristic can be improved by increasing the generator's steady-state reactive power output.
