摘　　要：Thirty-five years ago today, China and the United States entered into official diplomatic relations. It is fair to say that this historic event in 1979 exerted the greatest strategic inlpact on the intenmtional rela tions in the latter half of the 20th century. It not only opened a new page in the history of China-U.S. relations, but also had a far-reaching impact on the ewlving international envDnment.35年前的今天，中美两国正式建立了外交关系。
