摘  要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了介孔SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸.利用X射线衍射、红外光谱等技术考察了催化剂的结构特征和表面酸性以及其对丙酸丁酯的酯化反应活性.结果表明,SO42-/TiO2固体酸保持了完好的锐钛矿晶型、较强的酸性和热稳定性;当焙烧温度为550℃,硫酸浸渍液浓度为1.0 mol/L时,丙酸的转化率最高.同时对丙酸和丁醇的酯化反应进行了研究,考查了醇、酸摩尔比,催化剂用量,反应时间对酯化反应转化率的影响.适宜的反应条件为:n酸∶n醇为1.0∶1.3,催化剂用量5 g/mol丙酸,反应时间2 h,丙酸的转化率达92%以上.Mesoporous SO42-/TiO2 solid acid were prepared by sol-gel method with butyl titanate. Its structure, acidities and properties of catalysts were investigated through characterization method XRD and IR spectrum. The results showed that SO42-/TiO2 possess pure anatase phase, strong acidity and thermal stability. The percent conversion of propionic acid got optimal at the calcinations temperature of 550 ℃, the sulphate acid concentration of 1.0 mol/L. In the meantime, studied the influences of catalyst consumption, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid and the reaction time on the esterification efficiency of n-butyl propionate. Appropriate reation condition is proposed, the mole ratio of alcohol : acid is 1.0 : 1.3, catalyst consumption is 5 g/mol, reation time is 2 h, and the esterificaiton rate is above 92%.
