摘 要:为评价目前鲜有培育和应用的小花密花型茶花新品种对高温的适应性,以5个茶花品种为材料,利用半致死温度、生理生化测定及SPSS统计分析对其耐热性进行研究。结果表明:5个新品种的半致死温度和生理生化指标都存在显著差异,形态学及生理指标结合能够对不同茶花品种的耐热性进行有效评价,生理指标的系统聚类可以进一步解释品种的耐热性差异。垂枝粉玉的耐热性最强,其半致死温度为(64.90±2.99)℃,45℃阶段高温胁迫(8:00~20:00,45℃;20:00~08:00,40℃)处理2d后的叶片损伤率为1.10%。In order to evaluate the heat tolerance of new camellia varieties which were seldom bred and used in China, the au- thor investigated the heat tolerance of five camellia cultivars by measuring their semi - lethal temperature and physiological and bio- chemical indexes through statistical analyses with SPSS software. The results indicated that there were significant differences in both semi - lethal temperature and physiological and biochemical measurements among these five cultivars. The heat tolerance of five ca- mellia cultivars could be effectively evaluated by the combined application of morphological indexes and physiological indexes, and the systematical clustering analysis of physiological index measurements could further explain the differences in heat tolerance among various varieties. Cultivar "Chuizhifenyu" had the strongest heat tolerance, and its semi - lethal temperature was (64.90 ±2.99) ℃. After being stressed by indoor high temperature (40 = 45 ℃ ) for two days, the damaged rate of leaves of " Chuizhifenyu" was only 1.10%.
