摘 要:用直接测序法检测凡纳滨对虾兰尼定受体基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点,结果发现了1个SNP位点。通过进行凡纳滨对虾温度变化刺激的实验,把192尾对虾分为应激敏感组和应激抵抗组,用PCR产物直接测序法检测各对虾样品兰尼定受体基因的SNP的基因型。结果发现,应激敏感组和应激抵抗组的SNP等位基因频率差异显著(P<0.01)。结果显示兰尼定受体基因单核苷酸多态性与凡纳滨对虾对温度变化敏感性关联。A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) locus was found in the ryanodine receptor gene of Litopenaeus vannamei by using the direct sequencing technique. A temperature change experiment was performed to divide 192 prawns into a stress - suscepti- ble group and a stress - resistant group, and the SNP genotype of ryanodine receptor gene in each prawn sample was detected by di- rect sequencing PCR product. The results showed that there was significant difference in the frequency of SNP alleles between the stress - susceptible group and stress - resistant group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , suggesting that the SNP of ryanodine receptor gene is related with the susceotibilitv of Litooenaeus vannarnei to temoerature ehange.
