摘 要:采用Fenton氧化开展了对高浓度造纸废水深度处理的中试实验,对Fenton氧化的COD的去除效果,各药剂加药量及成本,排泥量和装置运行的稳定性等进行探讨和分析,结果表明,一级Fenton氧化的COD去除率可达到90%以上,出水COD在100mg/L左右,总加药成本在6元左右,排泥量约为1~1.2kg/t废水;二级Fenton氧化的COD去除率在96%左右,出水COD小于60mg/L,总加药成本在8元左右,排泥量约为1.15~1.4kg/t废水,验证了Fenton氧化用于高浓度造纸废水深度处理达到新的排放标准的可行性。A pilot experiment was carried out to deeply treat high-concentration papermaking wastewater via Fenton oxidation process. The COD removal, addition dosage of each chemical, dosage cost and sludge emis- sions were discussed, as well as evaluation of the experiment operation stability. The results show that COD re- moval is up to 90% after primary Fenton oxidation with effluent COD 100 rag/L, and its sludge emissions is 1 - 1.2 kg/ton wastewater with corresponding dosage cost of 6 yuan ; after secondary Fenton oxidation, COD removal reaches 96% with effluent COD 〈 60 mg/L, and its sludge emissions is 1.15 - 1.4 kg/ton wastewater with corre- sponding dosage cost of 8 yuan. As the results show, it demonstrates Fenton oxidation processg feasibility of trea- ting high-concentration papermaking wastewater with a stricter effluent standard.
