摘  要:目的探讨基于镜像神经元理论指导的视频训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者康复护理的方法及效果。方法将125例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组61例和观察组64例。对照组给予常规康复训练指导,观察组采用基于镜像神经元理论制作的康复训练视频指导患者进行康复训练。结果实施康复护理干预1个月两组Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分均显著提高,干预后观察组上述2项评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论基于镜像神经元理论,运用视频视觉刺激对脑卒中患者进行康复护理,更有利于患者偏瘫肢体活动功能的恢复。Objective To determine the effect of an instructional video modeling technique designed by using the mirror neuron theory on recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods One hundred and twenty five stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into a control group of 61 and an observation group of 64. Patients in the control group were given traditional rehabilitation training, while their counterparts in the observation group additionally received an instructional video modeling technique developed based on the mirror neuron theory to teach rehabilitation skills. Results The Fugl-Meyer score and the Barthel Index score were significantly improved after 1-month intervention in both groups, and significant differences between the two groups were ob served (P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion Based on the mirror neuron theory, animated rehabilitation video as a visual stimulus for exercise training could improve limb function recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
