早产儿潮气肺功能检查的操作技巧及意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨早产儿潮气肺功能检查的操作技巧及意义.方法 选择本院2011年1月~2012年5月新生儿科收治的50例早产儿,于纠正胎龄40周时进行潮气肺功能检查;与同期产科分娩,胎龄39~40周健康患儿为足月组生后5~7 d时测定潮气肺功能检查相比较.结果 早产儿组的RR比足月组明显增快（P〈0.05）,TV/kg明显降低（P〈0.05）;TPEF、TPEF/TE、VPEF、VPEF/VE较足月组明显降低（P〈0.05）,PTEF较足月组明显增快（P〈0.05）.MV、TI/TE变化不明显（P〉0.05）.结论 早产儿气道发育比足月儿慢,注意操作技巧可以最大程度地消除对结果的影响,更能真实地反映肺功能结果;根据肺功能结果进行健康宣教,最大程度地使早产儿肺功能恢复到最佳状态.Objective To investigate the operating skills and significance of tidal lung function examination in preterm neonates. Methods There were 50 premature infants doing the tidal lung function examination at the adjusted 40 weeks gestational age, compared with 50 normal term infants doing the same examination 5 ~ 7 days after birth. Results For the premature infants, TV/kg, TPEF, TPEF/TE, VPEF and VPEF/VE were lower,while RR and PTEF were higher compared with the normal term infants. Conclusion Airway development was more slowly for premature infants. Pay attention to operating skills may provide a more real representation of the tidal lung function, according to which, nurses can give aimed aimed education and help premature neonates return to their best.
