摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在降低低收入白内障患者围术期费用的可行性及方法。方法对100例低收入白内障患者(残联或红十字会资金资助者)围术期行特制定的临床护理路径,设为实验组;100例普通患者行常规临床护理,设为对照组,对比2组患者的住院时间、住院费用和护理满意度。结果 200例患者均达到治疗效果,实验组的住院时间和住院费用低于对照组,住院时间和护理满意度2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径有利于减少低收入白内障患者的住院天数、住院费用和提高患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the methods of clinical nursing path in reducing the costs of low-income patients with cataract during the perioperative period.Methods 100 cases of low-income patients with clinical nursing path were divided into observation group,while other 100 cases patients with conventional nursing path were divided into control group.Compared the hospitalization time,costs,and the nursing satisfaction of two groups.Result The observation group's hospitalization time and costs account for 57.4% and 88.7% of control group's,there were statistical significant in hospitalization time and costs between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,cut down treatment expenses and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
