丝裂霉素C应用于LASEK手术的效果及护理

摘　　要：目的 探讨丝裂霉素C应用于LASEK手术的临床效果和护理措施.方法 对76例150眼进行LASEK手术,术中用0.02%丝裂霉素C棉片覆盖于激光后的基质床上15~60 s.通过对患者进行围手术期护理,观察随访12个月.结果 该组病例对手术认识全面,依从性好.平均视力在术后6月时为1.05±0.29;Haze情况,术后1月时Ⅰ级仅8眼,术后2月0.5级2眼,到术后6月时无Haze病例.结论 0.02%丝裂霉素C能减轻术后Haze形成,全面的护理指导和随访观察是手术取得良好效果的保证.Objective To explore the clinical effects and nursing measures of using mitomycin C in Laser Epithelial Keratomileusis(LASEK).Methods LASEK were run plus a brushstroke of MCC 0.02% on the corneal stroma for 15 to 60 seconds on 150 eyes of 76 patients.The nursing procedures were applied during the perioperative period,the fellow-up time was 12 months.Result The outstanding and obedience to LASEK were well among the all cases.Mean spherical equivalent refraction after LASEK was 1.05±0.29 by 6 month.As to corneal haze after the LASEK,there 8 eyes of grade I at 1 month,2 eyes of grade 0.5 at 2 month,and no haze in 6 month.Conclusion The using of mitomycin C 0.02% will decrease the sub-epithelial haze,comprehensive nursing measurements and observation are the fundamental to the success of operation.
