摘 要:目的 探讨老年患者尿路感染病原菌分布特点及细菌耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据.方法 收集本院2012年1月~12月老年病治疗中心的老年尿路感染患者60例,检测清洁中段尿培养分离的病原菌并作细菌药敏及耐药性分析.结果 共检出病原菌138株,前6位细菌依次为大肠埃希菌57株、肺炎克雷伯氏29株、铜绿假单胞菌26株、鲍曼不动杆菌11珠、肠杆菌属9株、变形杆菌6株;大肠埃希菌对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦仍有极高的敏感性;肺炎克雷伯氏菌对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星仍有极高的敏感性;铜绿假单胞菌耐药率高;鲍曼不动杆菌对左氧氟沙星有极高的敏感性;肠杆菌对哌拉西林有极高的敏感性;变形杆菌对庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星有极高的敏感性.结论 老年人尿路感染病原菌耐药性严重,应及时检测病原菌及其耐药情况,以便合理使用抗菌药物.Objective To explore the pathogenic bacteria disattribution characteristics and current status of bacterial resistance,to provide basis for the clinical rational use of antibacterial agents.Methods Data were collected from the 60 patients from January to December in 2012.Culture the separation of pathogenic bacteria and bacterial susceptibility and resistance analysis.Result 138 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected.The former 6 kinds of bacteria were escherichia coli,klebsiella pneumoniae burt's,pseudomonas aeruginosa,acinetobacter baumannii,enterobacter,and proteus.Conclusion The antimicrobial resistance in elderly patients with urinary tract infection was serious,should detect the pathogenic bacteria and the antibacterial resistance,and provide basis for the clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.
