摘　　要：目的:观察倍他乐克联合地戈辛治疗老年慢性心力衰竭伴快速房颤的疗效及安全性。方法:39例老年慢性心力衰竭并快速房颤患者给予倍他乐克联合地戈辛治疗,观察药物疗效及不良反应。结果:39例患者中,显效14例,有效21例,无效4例,有效率89.7%,不良反应少。结论:倍他乐克联合地戈辛为治疗老年慢性心力衰竭伴快速房颤的有效药物,且安全性高。Objective： To investigate the effect and security of metoprolol with digoxin on elderly chronic heart failure going with rapid atrial fibrillation. Method： Thirty-nine patients with elderly chronic heart failure going with rapid atrial fibrillation were treated with metoprolol and digoxin, to investigate the effects and adverse reactions of medicines.Result： There were 14 cases with marked effect and 21 case with effect in 39 patients, efficiency was 89.7%, adverse reactions were less.Conclusion： Metoprolol with digoxin that cures elderly chronic heart failure going with rapid atrial fibrillation is effective and high safety.
