摘　　要：目的:了解临床护理人员对护理不良事件报告意向现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用护理不良事件报告意向问卷(中文版),以整群抽样方法对柳州市某三甲医院急诊科96名护士护理不良事件报告意向现状进行调查及分析。结果:临床护理人员对护理不良事件报告的意向较为正向;年龄、工作年限、职称对报告意向均有显著影响。结论:临床护理人员对护理不良事件报告的态度为中等水平,当发现潜在漏洞或发生没有造成伤害的护理不良事件时,能正式填写报告者所占比例最低,其报告态度受人口学因素的影响。医院管理部门须加强年轻护士对护理不良事件的认知,并提高其报告意向。Objective： To deseribe nurses＇ intent to report nursing adverse events in Liou and to explore its influencing factors.Method： By a cluster sampling, 96 nurses in a class 3-A hospital in Liuzhou were recruited.Chinese version Intention care Adverse Event Reporting Questionnaire was administered to assess Nurses＇ intent to report nursing adverse events, and the results were analyzed.Result： Nurses＇ intent to report nursing adverse events was positive.There was significant effect to nurses＇ intent to report nursing adverse events for different ages, different work experience and job title.Conclusion： Nurses＇ intent to report nursing adverse events is the middle level.There are the lowest proportion for the reports of potential vulnerability and nursing adverse events with no harm. Nurses＇ intent to report nursing adverse events is also affected by demographic factors.Cognitive of adverse events for the low seniority nurses should be strengthen, and reporting intentions should be improve by department of Hospital management.
