摘　　要：主要结合宪法紧急状态的实施,对于我国紧急状态下公民物质帮助权的保障问题进行了深入分析,对于紧急状态下物质帮助权的基本原理、保障原则、保障方式、权利救济等问题进行了系统地论证,对我国紧急状态下公民物质帮助权的完善和发展提出了针对性的建议。rticle which have thoroughly analyze of protection of citizen＇s material help rights in the state of emergency in China,mainly combined with implementation of state of emergency of constitution. This article is have complete demonstration on basic theories, pro- tection principles, and protection methods, rights relief of material help rights in the state of emergency, also have individualized sugges- tion to the improvement and perfection of citizen＇ s material help rights in the state of emergency in China.
