摘　　要：在能源危机和环境危机的背景下,节能与新能源汽车的发展成为了人们共同关注的热点。唐山市作为电动汽车示范推广城市,在推广过程中摸索自己的道路以求发展。从区位条件、经济实力、基础设施和市场前景这四个方面分析了唐山市发展电动汽车的优势,介绍了2010年5月至2012年底的发展现状和商业运营模式,并为未来发展之路提出建议。Under the background of energy crisis and environmental crisis, the development of energy saving and new energy vehicle has become the common focus of attention. As a electric vehicle demonstration city,Tangshan explores its own paths in the promotion process in order to develop. From the geographic conditions, economic strength ,infrastructure and market prospects of these four aspects of the advantages of the development of electric vehicles in Tangshan City,introduced in 2010 May to the end of 2012 the development status and business model, and puts forward some suggestions for future development.
