摘　　要：目前,电动汽车已成为国内外汽车行业研究发展的重点方向。完善基础设施建设是推动电动汽车产业化的重要因素。介绍了国外电动汽车基础设施建设运营现状,结合我国实际情况,总结了国内外发展特点,为我国电动汽车基础设施建设运营提供建议。Nowadays,electric vehicle has become the key direction of automobile industry at home and abroad. It＇ s the important to per- fect the electric vehicles infrastructure for promoting the industrilization. The article introduces the infrastructure＇ s current situation at home and abroad and summarizes the developing feature. And it gives advice for construction and operation of electric vehicle infrastruc- ture in China.
