摘  要:旅游人才培养必须立足旅游产业的属性和特征,考虑不同发展阶段对人力资源的不同需求。普通高等学校本科旅游管理专业以"创新"、"创意"、"创业"能力为导向,改革人才培养模式,有利于优化学生能力结构、拓宽就业渠道、提高职业胜任力。旅游专业"三创"人才培养模式具有突出的创新性、灵活性和开放性,由一个核心、两种资源、三大基础、四大环节、五大要素构成。实施"三创"人才培养模式是系统工程,应特别注意加强师资队伍建设、优化人才培养方案、整合运用各类平台。To train the tourism talent, it is needed to consider the properties and characteristics of the tourism industry, and the different demands on human resources under the different development stages in tourism. With the guidance of the "three creativity"(i, e. "innovation", "originality" and "entrepreneurship"), undergraduate courses of tourism management are reformed. This reform greatly optimized the competence structure, broadened the employment channels, and increased the professional competence. The mode of "three creativity" talent training is generally innovative, flexible and opening,and consists of one core, two resources, three bases,four stages and five elements. The practice on this talent training mode is a comprehensive process. So, special attention should be paid on strengthening the building of teachers, optimizing talent training programs and integrating all kinds of training platforms.
