摘 要:以杨木P-RC APMP为原料,对其进行筛分,并对P-RC APMP细小纤维与CaCO3进行絮聚,研究了不同P-RC APMP细小纤维筛分组分和打浆产生的二次细小纤维对细小纤维-CaCO3共絮聚工艺产生的影响.结果表明:随着细小纤维筛分目数的增加,共絮聚团尺寸大小逐渐减小,共絮聚团的表面电荷不断增加,加入纤维后,浆料的Zeta电位有所下降,白水阳离子需求量不断的减小;随着磨浆转数的提高,通过P400二次细小纤维-CaCO3共絮聚工艺抄造的纸张,其松厚度不断下降,而白度、不透明度和强度性能均不断上升.当磨浆转数为2 000r时,纸张具有相对较好的性能.Polar P-RC APMP pulp was chosen as raw materials for fines generation and collec-ting ,then the P-RC APMP fines and calcium carbonate were co-flocculated before they add-ed into standard fiber fraction to make fine paper .Effects of different fines sub-fractions and beating on the process of co-flocculation of fine-CaCO3 were studied .The results show that with the increasing of the number of screening mesh ,flocs′s surface negative chargy is in-creasing when joining the slurry ,the pulp′s Zeta and the cationic demand of white water is decreasing .The paper pulk which is made from P400 secondary fines-calcium carbonate flocs is decreasing ,while the whiteness ,opacity and strength properties are increasing .When the refiner at the speed of 2 000 rpm ,the paper has a relatively good performance .
