摘  要:目的通过评估丙戊酸钠(VPA)血浆浓度与疗效的关系,探讨用雅培i4000为儿科患儿提供VPA快速检测服务的可能性。方法收集122例患儿血浆,在i4000和AX—SYM上分别检测VPA浓度,比较VPA浓度与疗效的关系,然后按年龄和VPA浓度分组比较药物浓度分布规律,最后对两台仪器检测结果进行回归分析。结果VPA浓度50~100mg/L组和〈50mg/L组,总有效率分别为89%,66%,2组比较有显著性差异;不同年龄段患儿血浆VPA浓度分布不一致,5~10岁、〉10~15岁患儿在有效VPA浓度组内的例数显著高于0~5岁组;i4000和AXSYM结果回归方程为:y=2.3701+0.949x,相关系数r=0.961。结论在雅培i4000上检测VPA血浆浓度操作简便、快捷,结果准确可靠,非常适合儿科患儿血药浓度的快速检测。Objective It is to explore the relationship between plasma concentration of sodium valpruate (VPA) and clini- cal curative effect, in order to explore the possibility of fast detection of VPA provided by i4000 for pediatric patients. Meth- ods VPA concentration in 122 patients were detected by i4000 and AXSYM respectively, and the relationship between plasma concentration of VPA and clinical curative effect was compared, then the regularities of distribution of VPA concentration also were analyzed according to age and VPA group. Finally, the regression analysis of results from the two instruments was carried out. Results Effective rate in 50 - 100 mg/L group and 〈 50 mg/L group was 89% , 66% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant. The VPA plasma concentration distribution in patients with different ages was inconsistent, The number in 5 to 10 years old,10 to 15 years group with the effective plasma VPA concentration was significantly higher than? the number in the 0 - 5 age group. The regression equation of results from i4000 and AXSYM was y = 2. 370 1 + 0. 949x and correlation coefficient r = 0. 961. Conclusion The VPA detection on i4000 is rapid and easy to operate, and the results are accurate and reliable, so i4000 is very suitable for rapid detection of blood drug concentration for pediatric patients.
