摘  要:随着目前对人工影响天气的要求不断提高,气象系统的构成方式已日益走向高精度化。为加强人工影响天气的作业效果,一种新型的高炮、火箭作业参数自动控制仪将成为不可缺少的辅助设备。根据气候的特点,该高炮、火箭作业参数自动控制仪必须配备有最新型GPS全球定位系统和3G无线网络,以形成功能强大的气象服务设备。同时要求自动化程度高,功能分配合理,与其它地面系统能互补。With the requirements of manual control for weather improving, the composition of meteorological systems approach to become increasingly to high precision nowadays. To enhance the effect of weather operations, the new type of anti-aircraft, automatic parameter controlling device had become an indispensable, fatal auxiliary equipment. According to the characteristics of the climate in china,the anti-aircraft guns, automatic parameter controlling device using electronic compass, GPS, 3G communication,this system locks longitude and latitude of the launcher, sets the firing elevation height of the launcher, collects the live video. Which has improved the accuracy and security of the rocket launch and greatly improving the working efficiency. The automatic parameter controlling device have a high degree of automation, reasonable function allocation, and ally with other devices on the ground.
