摘 要:分析了14万t/a合成氨装置变换气脱硫系统存在的问题;提出了将高塔再生改为喷射再生的技改方案。技改结果表明:①技改后脱硫效果明显提高,再生气中H2S含量由技改前的36.32 mg/m3降至17.84 mg/m3;②脱硫再生系统的动力消耗有所下降,吨氨电耗降低8 kW·h,每年节约电费30多万元。Author has analyzed the problems existing in desulphurization system of shift gas in synthetic ammonia plant with a capacity of 140 000 t/a;has presented the technical scheme taking the regeneration of high tower to be changed as regeneration of spaying .Technical reformation result indicates that:(1)Desulphorization effect is obviously increased after technical reformation, content of H2S contained in regeneration gas is decreased from 36.32 mg/m3 before technical reformation to 17.84 mg/m3;(2) Power consume for desulphurization and regeneration systems isslightly decreased, electricity consume per ton of ammonia is lowered by 8kW· h, electricity fee is saved annually by more than 300 000 Yuan RMB.
