新型柔软平滑剂680在纯棉针织物防针洞整理上的应用

摘　　要：尝试采用新型柔软平滑剂680对纯棉针织物进行整理,以减少其缝制过程中针洞的产生,提高其内在质量和穿着服用性能.采用正交试验分析获得最佳整理工艺,并与另2种柔软平滑剂的整理效果进行对比.结果表明:柔软平滑剂680在可缝纫性和防针洞性方面效果最显著;最佳整理工艺为:用量2%,温度40℃,时间20 min,浴比1∶10;采用柔软平滑剂整理后,织物的吸水性能、耐磨性能及柔软性能均得到了改善.Abstract： Novel soften smoothing agent 680 was applied in the cotton knitted fabric finishing in order to reduce the occurrence of holes during practical manufacturing and enhance their quality and wearability. The optimal finishing process was obtained through orthogonal test, and the finishing results were compared with the other two soften smoothing agents. The results showed that the sewability and anti-needle-hole property of fabric finished by novel soften smoothing agent 680 were the best. The optimum finishing technology was： 2% of additive dosage, 40 ℃ 20 min and 1：10 of liquor ratio. The absorbency, wear-resistance and softness of finished fabric were also improved.
