摘　　要：以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(简称TDI)、聚醚二元醇为主要原料,亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂,通过优化反应条件,合成了一种性能较稳定的水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂,并将其整理到纯棉织物上,确定了制备聚氨酯预聚体的最佳合成工艺:反应温度65℃,反应时间120 min;整理剂整理纯棉织物的最佳工艺:整理剂100 g/L,焙烘温度130℃,焙烘时间3 min。A stable waterborne polyurethane anti-pilling agent for cotton knits was synthetized mainly using 2,4-toluene diisocyanate （TDI） and polyether glycol as raw material, and NaHSO3 as blocking agent using optimizing reaction conditions. In addition, an optimal synthesis process of polyurethane prepolymer was determined that reaction temperature was 65 ℃ and reaction time was 120 min. The optimum finishing process on cotton knits was as follows： cured at 130 ℃ for 3 min after treated in finishing agent （100 g/L）
