高等学校内涵提升的路径与举措——重庆邮电大学实施“六大工程”的探索

摘  要:中国当前高等教育发展阶段的特征,要求高校必须坚持科学发展,在构建高等教育强国战略中承担重要的历史使命和神圣责任。文章把握高等教育内涵提升的必要性和精神实质,深入探讨内涵提升与人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和开放合作之间的关系和发展机制,围绕重庆邮电大学发挥学科优势、走特色办学之路的实践举措,创新实施"1285"质量工程,"355"科技创新工程、"688"研究生教育创新工程、"1165"国际化工程、"2356"产学研合作工程、"1356"人才建设工程,促进学校工作重点的战略转移、办学层次的有效提升和特色发展的持续推进。The current stage feature of China' s higher education development requires the higher institutions should stick to the scientific development, and undertake the important historic mission and holy responsibility in the construction of powerful higher education country. Based on the understanding the necessity and spirit essence of the connotation upgrading of colleges and universities in the paper, the relationship and development mechanism between the connotation upgrading and the talents training, scientific study, social service, opening and coopera- tion were further discussed. In terms of the discipline advantages and special school - running path in the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the " 1285" quality project, "355" scientific innovation project, "688" graduation education innovation project, "1165" international project, "2356" integration of pro- ducing- teaching- research project, "1356" talents construction project were innovatively carried out, which pro- mote the strategic transforming of school key work, effective upgrading of running - school level and continuous pro- moting of the special development.
