摘 要:为了使柔点操控难度度量更好的为柔性设计和应用服务,应用软件度量理论,以柔点操纵难度和柔点操作复杂度为核心要素,构建了柔点操控难度的度量模型.以易用性、一致性以及宽容性来作为评价软件柔点操作复杂度的指标,利用模糊德尔菲方法筛选度量指标体系,使用模糊层次分析法完成指标权重确定,运用模糊综合评价法完成了对柔点操做复杂度定量评价.依据柔点本身层次性,按照所需能力划分操纵难度层次,按照等级制度实现操纵难度的度量,最后依据操纵难度和操作复杂度所建立操控难度度量模型实现对柔点操控难度度量.To ensure the measurement of manipulation difficulty on software flexible points serve for flexible design and application better, according to theory of software matrices , this paper constructs the measurement model of manipulation difficulty of software flexible points , which uses handle difficulty and operation complexity on flexible points as core elements. Puts forward to ~.'ase of use, consistency and tolerance as indicators of evaluation of operation complexity on software soft point, and uses fuzzy delphi method to filter the metric system, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method to complete the index weights determined, and makes use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to complete the quantitative evaluation of operation complexity on software flexible points. According to flexible points' layer, handle difficulty is divided in accordance with the required capabilities to levels, and measured with the hierarchy, Finally,' basing on the measurement model of created by the handle difficulty and operation complexity, manipulation difficulty is completed to measure.
