摘　　要：文章在绩效管理实践的基础上,对研究所绩效管理存在的问题,如考核内容的设置、考核指标、评判标准、考核实施和结果运用等进行了研究探讨,并对评价工作、绩效指标的设置、行政部门职能履行等提出建议,为进一步深化绩效管理提供了思路。Based on performance management practices,this paper put forward some suggestions on the problems in the performance management,which included contents,index,assessment standards,implement,etc.,provided some ideas for further deepening the performance management of agricultural scientific research institutions.
