美军随军牧师制度的特点分析与启示

摘　　要：为了加强我军政治思想建设,简单回顾了美军随军牧师制度的历史演变,从法律依据、配备形式、工作职责、选拔任命、问题挑战等方面对该制度进行了特点分析,提出了对我军政治思想工作的七点启示.To boost the development of political and ideological education in our army, this article is to have a brief review on the historical development of U.S. military padre system, to perform the feature analysis of its system in terms of the legal ground, forms of allocation, responsibilities, selection and appointment, challenge of problems and others, and finally, to come up with the seven enlightenments for the political and ideological education in our army.
