摘　　要：为培养任职岗位需求人才,剖析了CBE教学模式实施的具体要求,结合仪器仪表课程的课程特点和教学目标,给出了CBE教学模式在课堂教学实施中的应用,并根据实际应用效果分析,提出了改进思路.To train the military personnel with ability for the demand of in-service post, this article analyses the specifications for the implementation of competency-based （CBE） teaching mode, presents the implementation of CBE teaching mode to the class-teaching, in terms of the course features and teaching objectives of Instrumentation Course, and brings forward its improved way of thinking by analyzing its real application effects.
