摘　　要：长三角地区已经完成充换电服务网络城际互联,电动汽车实现了跨区域行驶,清分结算成为电动汽车充换电服务网络运营的关键环节。介绍了城际互联工程中充换电业务流程,规定了充换电服务网络收入清分和成本清分2种结算规则,对清分结算系统功能进行设计。The inter-city connection of charging accomplished. With cross-regional trip of operation of electric vehicle charging and electric and changing service networks in Yangtze Delta has been vehicles is realized, cleating and settlement are key to the changing service networks. The paper introduces charging ＆ chang- ing service procedure in inter-city connection project and specifies revenue clearing and cost cleating for charging and changing service networks to design the functions of cleating and settlement system.
