摘 要:介绍了一种电网综合智能告警技术,其硬件部分建立在安全三区,软件分为实时状态监测和状态预测,前者通过实时数据进行状态估计和潮流计算,得到灵敏度分析和风险评估等数据并在可视化界面显示出来,后者通过对假想事故进行负荷转移的决策分析,在可视化界面上提供辅助决策。这项技术的创新点在于拥有与告警挂钩的快速事故分析,与越限挂钩的快速灵敏度分析以及自动生成预案。目前该项技术已在宁波和衢州电网的智能告警系统中得到应用,并取得了预期效果。This paper introduces the comprehensive grid intelligent alarm technology. The hardware is estab- lished in safety three-area and the software part comprises real-time condition monitoring and state forecast. For real-time condition monitoring, state estimate and flow calculation are implemented by real-time data to conclude sensitivity analysis and risk assessment data and display the data on visualization interface; for the latter, decision analysis of load transfer is conducted through postulated accidents, and aid decision making is provided on the visualization interface. The innovation of the technology is fast accident analysis related to alarm, fast sensitivity analysis related to over-limit and automatically generated plan. The technology now is applied in intelligent alarm systems of Ningbo and Quzhou power grid and has achieved expected effect.
