摘　　要：通过对日本进口研磨子的材料、结构和性能分析,结合"动车组转向架研磨子技术要求"的规定,合理选用研磨子的挂钩、背板材料,对其磨耗体的材料、生产工艺进行了研究。结果证明,研制的研磨子通过动车组装车试用能满足使用要求,符合中国铁路部门制定的相关规定。We studied and analyzed the material,structure and properties of the abrasive block imported from Japanese.Combining with the requirements of＂Technical requirements of the abrasive block in the bogie of EMU＂,and selecting hook and plate,we studied the wear plate on material and process.The abrasive block developed was used in the EMU,and the experimental results show that it can meet the EMU using.
