上海体弱老人亲属照顾者的负担及其精神健康的相关性分析

摘　　要：研究的目的在于了解上海市体弱老人亲属照顾者的负担及其对亲属照顾者的精神健康的影响。数据来源于2010年上海市高龄体弱老人状况及其主要照顾者需求调查,通过多元线性回归分析研究上海体弱老人亲属照顾者的负担和其精神健康之间的关系。研究结果发现,上海市体弱老人的亲属照顾者的负担集中体现在时间依赖负担和生理性负担方面,社交性负担和发展受限负担其次,情感性负担相对较弱,亲属照顾者的负担和其精神健康显著相关。The present study aims to examine the nature of the burden of frail elders' family caregivers as well as its association with these caregivers' mental health. The data was derived from the project'The wellbeing and needs of the family caregivers for the frail and very elderly in Shanghai'. Multiple regression is conducted to examine the association between the burden of family caregivers and their depressive symptoms. The results show that the family caregivers mainly reported their burdens in terms of time dependence burden and physical burden. Furthermore,the burden was found to be significantly associated with the depressive symptoms.
