摘  要:为比较不同采收期木芙蓉叶药材(包括近枯萎的黄色老叶)的总黄酮含量,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法研究及测定不同采收期木芙蓉叶的总黄酮含量.结果表明:芦丁浓度在7.77~155.4Izg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,其平均加样回收率为100.91%,RSD为1.11%.木芙蓉叶的总黄酮含量从6月中旬至12月中旬递增,且同一采收期成熟绿叶(干品)的总黄酮含量普遍高于黄叶.于冬初采摘总黄酮含量最高.该含量测定方法简单、可靠,可为木芙蓉叶的质量控制及合理地采收和利用木芙蓉叶资源提供一定的科学依据.To study the variation of the content of total flavonoids in Hibisci mutabilis folium at different harvest periods (including nearly withered yellow old leaves), the total flavonoids content was assayed by spectrophotometry, with rutin used as the reference substance. The results showed a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 7.77 ~ 155.4 ~Lg/mL Rutin. The average recovery rate was 100.91% and with a RSD of 1.11%. The content of total flavonoids gradually increased from mid-June to mid-December. Moreover, total flavonoids content of the green leaves were higher than the yellow leaves at the same harvest time. The highest content of total flavonoids in green leaves was in early winter. The method was simple and reliable and may be usded in quality control, rationalizing the harvest and use of Hibisci mutabilis folium.
